Medical sources and evidence boundaries
These sources support the general technique and safety language. They do not validate every preset for every person.

How we use sources
- Technique cues are summarized, not copied as a treatment plan.
- Routine duration and repetitions are presented as adjustable options.
- Postpartum and post-surgical users are directed back to their own care team.
Important boundary
Research on pelvic floor muscle training does not mean that more strengthening is always better. Pain, difficulty emptying the bladder or bowel, pelvic pressure and worsening symptoms warrant professional assessment.
